What happened to the points I earned on the old Loyalty system?
Your loyalty points have been transferred over to the new system and the rewards have been converted to $ rewards. Sign up today to start using the rewards you have already earned.
What is an NFC Tapper?
NFC stands for Near Field Communication. It's a small, non-electronic tag (like a sticker or tabletop disc). Customers can tap their phone on it to instantly open the loyalty sign-up link. If a guest's phone does not have NFC tapping available, they can scan the QR code.
How do I see how many rewards I have?
Download our app and sign up/in for your rewards program. Then click 'rewards' to see your loyalty profile.
Can a customer redeem more than one reward at a time?
No, only one reward can be redeemed per purchase.
Do Points Expire?
No, points and rewards do not expire.
Can we use our rewards for in-store purchases?
Yes, go to your Local Kitchens Loyalty App and click 'rewards' to see what rewards are available to redeem. Let a staff member know that you would like to add your rewards to your order, click redeem and then show the staff member the countdown page to verify the redemption.
How Do I Earn Rewards for In-Store Purchases?
Once your Credit Card is linked to your account, all of your in-store purchases will count towards your loyalty rewards.
I do not see an entry for a birthday. Will I still get a reward for my birthday?
No, our new reward system does not support birthday rewards.
